Norwegian folk music, folk dance and fairy tales for children!
Children are carried along in with Norwegian music and fairytale world and will become familiar with Norwegian folk songs, cow calls, traditional and newer singing games and playground songs. The lyrics will be translated into English.

Maya’s School of Music and Performing Arts has continuous admission of students in song and instruments throughout the year. The school will offer individual and group lessons in various instruments for children, teens and adults:
PIANO,KEYBOARD, GUITAR, ELECTRIC GUITAR, VIOLIN, VIOLA, SINGING / VOCAL TRAINING and NORWEGIAN NATURE INSTRUMENTS such as NORWEGIAN SALLOW FLUTE, LURE, RAM'S HORNE and HALLING FIDDLE.
Weekly or daily lessons are available in instruments and voice, and can be scheduled at convenient times throughout the day. Tuition for private lessons is prorated based on your start date.
The main admission times are August/September for the fall semester, and December/January for the spring semester. If students wish to start taking lessons later in the semester/ school year, this must be specified in the registration form.
After registration, you will be assigned to a teacher within 1-3 weeks.
